“my favorite long-term stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 30, 2013

stayed here frequently for business trip. It is one of my favorites because it's cheaper (than Silver Cloud Inn) and provides better value (than Hilton Garden Inn). One of the main draws for me is the complimentary YMCA day pass, since I like to work out (or at least trying).

Room Tip: away from the road, if you are a light sleeper.

As mentioned, this was our third time staying at the TownePlace Suites at Mukilteo. And by far, our best stay. The room was spacious, with a king bed, a full sized bathroom/shower, and kitchen.

The complimentary breakfast was also tasty. Yet, the number one reason for staying here is it is close to EVERYTHING!!! Everett field and the Mukilteo Ferry are located within a mile of the hotel. Along with the flight museum, and Boeing plant tour.

And if that wasn't fun enough, and you find time.... I would definitely recommend spending time at the airport watching the comings and goings of some of the largest jets currently in production; including the Boeing 747-8, the 777-300, and the newest and most modern aircraft currently in the air: the Dreamliner (787). And if you are lucky, you will also see the mighty Dreamlifter arrive or depart.

In short, you can't go wrong with the TownePlace Suites in Everett/Mukilteo. But be sure to ask for a room with a bath tub, otherwise you might end up with a SMALL closet sized shower.

Room Tip: I would suggest an upper king room, if you can climb one flight of stairs. Or any room with a full s...

Stayed at the property for 3 nights. We received free chocolates during check inn, The hotel is easy to find, close to restaurants. The only thing was that breakfast staff could use some more help, specially over the weekend, by 9 am, everything was gone and the same boy that cleans, helps people, prepares the pancake mix. Other than that and the fact that you have to take your suitcases walking thru the stairs with no elevator everything else was very good and the staff is very friendly.

My wife and I were very impressed with this place. We stayed two nights. The beds were great! Our first room did not have a bathtub, when we asked they moved us to a different room.
Breakfast was very good. They kept everything stocked with fresh food.

The location was great. We were visiting friends and family in Everett and Marysville. Went shopping at a couple places close to Seattle.

We were going to take a ferry ride at Mukilteo but didn't have time. It was only a few miles away.
The Brantley's from Spokane, WA

Room Tip: I asked for a room away from the road. It was very quiet.

Hotel is like a nice little apartment with sitting area and kitchen. The couch folds out if you need more sleeping space. I was only there a few days, but would definitely be handy if staying longer term. Everything was clean and décor is up to date. No complaints.

Room Tip: Place offers 1st and 2nd floor rooms all with outside doors. I stayed on 1st floor which was nice t...

When we arrived we were given a room which required us to walk from the car a short distance and up one flight of stairs. The couch in the room was dirty with several visible stains and the bathroom did not have a bathtub which was disappointing so we called the front desk to ask if it was possible to change rooms. We were told yes, so we packed up and returned to the front desk to get our new room. The person at the front desk said she hoped the new room had a bathtub, but when we arrived it did not. The person from the front desk called to ask if all was good and we told her the room did not have a tub and she said probably none of those room types did. Overall the room seemed quite grungy and run down. We never sat on the couch because we were not confident it was clean. The bed linens seemed clean which was great. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options.
In the end we did not feel it lived up to the Marriott name or the three star rating.

We have stayed at this great location many times during our annual trip to Seattle for our fantasy football drafts. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The units are spacious and almost like a small apartment. They have a great pool and hot tub and also BBQ. This site has many people who are contracted to Boeing Everett plant staying here. It is a very social environment and there are plenty of things to do in the area. The I-5 and 405 access is great for getting on and off the freeway to venture out to Seattle or Bellevue and the surrounding Pacific Northwest. I highly recommend this property to anyone needing to stay in the area.

Room Tip: Get one near the pool if you want to add some fun into looking out the window !!!
