“Not the ritz, but very affordable and comfortable”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 14, 2014

My husband is staying here while working in Moses Lake. The owners have done everything possible for him while he is away from home. They are very friendly and always take the time to help him with his needs. When I am able to visit on the weekends, they are very amiable and willing to help with whatever needs I may have. The room is clean, great memory foam mattress and flat screen T.V. I would definitely recommend this place.

And from out of the fog after driving hours on ice ridden roads and snow covered mountain passes I saw the light... Nice little place that doesn't look so special from the outside. Lobby is unkept full of odds and ends and a large display fridge with unsavory odors. BUT, the people are super friendly, and welcome you with a smile. The rates are VERY affordable. I had a nice clean room with new memory foam bed. The towels suck, bathroom is in need of renovations and there was no shower head. But there was a huge big screen tv! NO clock or radio. For the money it was well worth the deal.

Room Tip: No breakfast or extras for kids. Just a good deal and clean.

Ignore 1 bad review. Something is off with it. We just stayed here while attending a gorge concert. At $50 it is a steal (price at hotel). Very close to I-90 but it's thick walls kept noise away. IT WAS SOOOO CLEAN in the rooms! Laminate wood floors much better than scary carpet. New bedding, shower curtain, and towels. Bed as comfy as they get. Big screen TV, fridge, microwave, free wi fi and coffee pot appreciated. Owners at front desk were delightful and sweet. Outside and bedroom furniture outdated but room was still nice. Great food couple more miles up Broadway at either MIchael's Market Bistro or their more upscale Michael's on the Lake (great happy hour-1/2 off apps).

Room Tip: all about the same

I've stayed all over the world and am a regular at the Intercontinental Hotel in Buckhead. While no intercontinental, this little place is clean, quiet, & dirt cheap. It's also retro, which is kinda cool, haven't stayed at a place like this since I was a kid.

We stayed at this place the smell was awful and the front desk was very rude when we asked for anything. They said they had just remolded, but really only changed the sheets. I would never bring a family or recommend a family to stay here.

The first look of this place is pretty scary. It looks very run down and poorly maintained. After working with the helpful owner the room I was givin was surprisingly good. Wood floors were a nice surprise. Although the room didn't have flat-screen it didn't matter. The room was still very good and the memory foam mattress was great.

It is super cheap, and pretty old, but very clean for its age. Brand new beds, Temper-pedic Style,
huge screen LED Tv's that are also new. It's usually clean, and sometimes the other tenants might make you uncomfortable. However, it's is very secure, and quiet once you are in the room.
The maid has been there for 30+ years, and the owners are very nice.

Room Tip: We've stayed both on first and second floor. The first floor had carpet, but it was new. The s...
