Adam's Northwest Bistro is a fairly new (about one year) restaurant in Monroe. It's a unique dining experience for this area - the kind of restaurant you would expect to find in Bellevue or Seattle. I've been there about ten times with never a disappointment.
Classy is a great way to describe it, but with a "down home" feel.
It's open for dinner. I think the hours are something like 4 PM until 11 PM. I've never been there when it wasn't at least 3/4 full. During "prime time," it's always busy. I generally make reservations when I'm arriving during peak (Friday and Saturday) hours.
The service is professional and friendly.
The food is amazing! The menu offers a wide variety and changes just a bit every so often. I like that. The "man behind the controls is....Adam!" He's the chef (and a darn good one!) and owner. You'll see him working his magic in the kitchen.
