We booked this hotel for a shopping trip and were not disappointed. The place was clean and the staff friendly. It was nice being able to walk to Nordstrom Rack and across the street are more stores like Old Navy and Barnes and Noble. What we appreciated were the cookies at the front desk and the fresh fruit available during the day. It was also nice that there was a reception in the afternoon with beer/wine/soft drinks and appetizers. Beds were comfortable, lots of easy parking.

Recommended by good friends. Did not disappoint. Very helpful staff. E X T R E M E L Y comfortable newer beds (this alone would bring me back there when I am in the area). Best nights sleep in years (probably due to wife having me criss cross 1,000 stores over a two day period). Continental breakfast more than adequate. Lots of fresh fruit, carbs, cereals, croissants, etc. Hotel was very clean, I have read a few reviews about cleanliness and purposely 'nosed' around and found it to be 'spit polished'. Witnessed many staff members cleaning and wiping down throughout the day. Staff were friendly and not one staff member walked by us without a greeting.
Would definitely stay again and bring kids next time. In the two days we stayed, we were the ONLY ones in the heated (82 degree) indoor pool (very clean) and whirlpool. Come on people, take a break from shopping and go for a swim. Great (little) exercise room. Lots of towels. Only slightly disappointed in the smaller than normal bathtubs in the rooms, but hey, there's that whirlpool......Rooms had ironing boards/irons, in room safe, internet, two phones, desk, sitting chair.
We stayed on a Mon/Tues and found it very quiet. Lots of parking (included).

Very clean, updated, nice sitting area in lobby, great breakfast area. I would stay again.

I booked 2 rooms through the hotel's website. I greeted the front desk person a Happy New Year and just offhandedly asked for a free upgrade and luckily got one of the rooms upgraded with a kitchenette. Downside was that around 6:30 PM , can hear very loud footsteps from the room upstairs and running back and forth which was nonstop. I called the front desk an hour later and got the response that nothing they can do but if still loud around 10 PM or after to call them back. In short, my husband called back around 10 PM and front desk person probably called the people upstairs and the noise did die down. BUT same noise woke us up early the next morning and the did not stop until we checked out. We stayed at other Hampton Inn hotels but this particular one seems to have thinner walls and floors bec. we can also hear the opening and closing of the doors of the adjacent rooms. Take my advice - request for a room on the highest floor and if you can't get one, be considerate of the people downstairs.
