We both loved the Wild Iris Inn.
It was hard to find many reviews before we placed the reservation.
Yet, the inn lived up to my expectations. The hot tub in the deluxe king suite was wonderful. Rose (the manager) was helpful, sweet, and delightful. We enjoyed tea in the afternoon, the had wireless in the rooms and in the lobby. We watched DVDs sat on our little balcony and enjoyed the view of the pasture and wildflowers. The breakfast was delicious. especially the homemade granola with strawberry yogurt. The meal continued with coffee, orange juice, and a homemade fritatta egg dish and a side of chicken sausage. Everything was pleasant and enjoyable.
The ONLY Downfall: I could hear the neighbors romantic interlude next door, and that was not what I expected.
Other than that, everything was beautiful. Since we are new to B & Bs our next trip will be to the Alice Bay B & B.
