I stayed on the 3rd floor. My room was spacious and quiet. Shower had good water pressure. Hotel looked new and room was modern and clean. I liked being able to walk to Olive Garden just across the street.

Stayed here fore the new year's eve. This Courtyard Marriott was way much better than the one nearby in downtown Bellevue. The facility still looked sharp and new. The staff at front desk and breakfast area were fantastic.
The swimming pool, jacuzzi were very clean and the water temp was just right.

On a minor suggestion, they currently charge children all ages at same child price. They probably should exempt those under 2 or 3 years.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and it is great value for the money. Restaurant has good food and the pool is always fun. Staff go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. All staff smile and are friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Small fridge and microwave were handy. Free wifi was also available which I took advantage of. There is a grocery store across the street, as well as some other stores and services. A short walk to other restaurants and stores. I love staying here.

I've stayed at the Courtyard in Kirkland 30+ nights in the last year and it seems to get better each time I stay. I was there for another three nights this past weekend and the service was excellent and I was placed in the exact room I wanted. What luck. Great service and they hand delivered extra coffee for me when I went on coffee overload. How nice!
