We have stayed at this Courtyard twice yearly since it opened some 5 years ago. By far it is one of the cleanest and friendliest of all the Marriott's. It's location right off I-405 makes it easy to get to any area around Seattle with no fuss and bother. The hotel restaurant is average, but offers a great buffet breakfast.. There are numerous area restaurants with some great pubs in downtown Kirkland. There is a supermarket across the street and for long stays like ours we stock up and use the in room fridge and microwave for most breakfasts, and snacks. The best rooms to stay in are on the third floor in the odd numbers 353-369 . These rooms face the Cascade Mountains and on most days you can see the snow covered mountain tops clearly. One slight drawback is that the 2 elevators are a long way from the rooms I described but the extra walk is worth it. There is plenty of parking including an underground garage that opens to the elevators to keep you dry on those rainy Seattle weekdays. Two complimentary computer stations off the lobby are quite convenient. Overall a great place near wineries, with great rates around the holidays. This is not just a business hotel. Staff will help with anything.Try it!
