“Cozy hang-out”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 9, 2013

I stumbled across this place Saturday night 11/30 on a recent visit to the area. I was so pleased to find that there was jazz! I enjoyed the ambiance - soft, warm lighting, a cozy arrangement of tables, with the jazz combo in the corner by the door. I just had a glass of wine and a snack - -stuffed zucchini - but it was delicious, and the bartender made me feel at home.

“I never get tired of Reds!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 6, 2013

A great collection of Washington wines, and a nice menu of things to enjoy with a great cabernet... (The cheese tray is a favorite of ours!) Service is personable and Tim and the entire wait staff are very knowledgeable about Washington wines. Live music is often available on the weekends, and the small venue can get a little loud, but this is a great place to go for wine and food before/after a hockey game. This is a late night, neighborhood, cozy and comfortable gem...

“Great wine, awesome atmosphere”

Great service, great wine, good music and relaxing atmosphere. The cheese and meat plate is delicious. The truffle oil popcorn is a must have.

“A quiet delight in Kent Station”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 3, 2013

Reds Wine Bar is located in the south end of Kent Station. I visited on a Sunday evening and was surprised to find it quite empty. There was one person in the bar and a couple dining. I believe there were other patrons on the patio outside. There seemed to be one server and one cook, but even with the limited staff, the service was excellent. I ordered a wine flight, all of which were great, and a chicken pesto flatbread. They accommodated my special request with no problem at all. I found the atmosphere delightful and the food enjoyable. I am looking forward to returning on an evening when they have live music.

“Great Wine & Good Atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2013

We don't get to Kent very often, but a wine bar will certainly pull us in. Good selection of wines; mainly Washington varietals, but also some California and a few international wines, all reasonably priced for a wine bar. The menu has a wide selection of tempting options but we were just nibbling. We ordered a bottle of Washington State Syrah along with the pear salad and the pesto chicken flatbread. The salad was fresh and enticing but lacked in pear sightings, but did not diminish from its flavors. The flatbread was delicious, and a cross between a flatbread and crustini (but not crusted all the way through). The service was excellent, although there were only 4 other tables at the time we were there (5PM on a Monday). I have no reason to believe the service would not be as impeccable even during a busy evening. We don't get out to that area very often, but we would definitely choose this wine bar over the other Kent Station Restaurants
