On the urging of my wife, I visited there, and was I very disappointed. The food was good, but very uninspired. And quite expensive for what you got. I was there with my brother, and both of us felt the same way, it was okay, but expensive and crowded.
We visited early on a weekday, and thankfully, we were ahead of the lunch time rush crowd. The restaurant is fairly good sized, but they have a large portion reserved for banqueting, and I think to keep the crowd looking large for the rest of the place. The food was expensive, the portions very small, and the presentation was good, but not great. For the casual crowd, it was way over priced. I think they are riding the wave of a good review in the local paper, but we were unimpressed.
It is mostly a sandwich menu, and were they good sandwiches, it would have gotten a much better review. The taste was just okay, not something to knock your socks off! And to top it off, with the minimalist decor, it was very noisy, with a lot of echos and such in the place, so that both of us were ready to find someplace quieter to eat afterwards, so we didn't have to deal with the constant scrape of chairs and tables as the clientele came and went.
