“They're Fat from these Prices”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed December 3, 2012

On the urging of my wife, I visited there, and was I very disappointed. The food was good, but very uninspired. And quite expensive for what you got. I was there with my brother, and both of us felt the same way, it was okay, but expensive and crowded.
We visited early on a weekday, and thankfully, we were ahead of the lunch time rush crowd. The restaurant is fairly good sized, but they have a large portion reserved for banqueting, and I think to keep the crowd looking large for the rest of the place. The food was expensive, the portions very small, and the presentation was good, but not great. For the casual crowd, it was way over priced. I think they are riding the wave of a good review in the local paper, but we were unimpressed.
It is mostly a sandwich menu, and were they good sandwiches, it would have gotten a much better review. The taste was just okay, not something to knock your socks off! And to top it off, with the minimalist decor, it was very noisy, with a lot of echos and such in the place, so that both of us were ready to find someplace quieter to eat afterwards, so we didn't have to deal with the constant scrape of chairs and tables as the clientele came and went.

“Good Restaurant - Richland, Wa”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2012

Not a great atmosphere, but good food. Had the steak and shrimp kabobs that were great. The service was a little slow, but met some special needs on food restrictions.

“Not worth it”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed June 15, 2012

Too expensive for what you get. There are too many great restaraunts in the Tri-Cities to go somewhere that gives you average quality food with small portions for top dollar.

“Go to the Fat Olives in Richland instead”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 12, 2012

Not sure what is lacking in this Fat Olives, but the food is not as good as the other location in Richland. Not sure either why the owners are moving toward fatty, rich foods (they call it comfort food) that most people are choosing to leave out of their diets. It's funny, with pasta being one of the restaurants' main stays, they do not serve garlic bread. Although this location was closed for remodeling work was obviously stopped prematurely as it falls short of any ambiance. Go if you must but don't expect anything special.
