Although this is on the "beach" don't think it's by the ocean :) After walking to the start of the beach, it's about 1/2 mile to the actual water, so be prepared. The facilities are great and well maintained. The yurts (we stayed in one) are very nice, although not really worth the money they charge per night. One thing to be aware of is that there is a HUGE skylight at the top of the yurt. So, if it gets light early you will get blasted early. And if it stays light late into the evening, you will have light late into the evening. For those who are light sensitive, you might want to bring some eye shades or something.
