“Very Beautiful B&B”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2012

Cozy Rose is a very beautiful place. A nice hideaway. Great amenities. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Very clean. Loved the steam shower. Location is in the heart of grape vineyard country. The smell of the grapes on the drive out added to a great experience.

We had the most wonderful time at the Cozy Rose Inn. It was such a beautiful place inside and out. The grounds were lovely with beautiful gardens, a pond and a waterfall. The rooms were all decorated with such taste and elegance. When I crawled in bed, it was a though I was going to fall asleep on a cloud.

Kecia, Susie and Shauna were all very warm and helpful and extended the best of hospitality.

The food was also very good and served very attractivelyy

Room Tip: Well worth drive and the drive itself was picturesque.

After a horrible experience at B&B's during a trip to Napa 6 years ago, my wife and I have avoided B&B's over the past few years. Some of the negative experiences included small, poorly furnished rooms and lackluster food overdressed as "gourmet" that left us both a bit disenchanted with the concept of B&B's.

Cozy Rose has really caused us to rethink our opinion as it really excelled in most every possible manner for us. The room was very tastefully decorated and felt very private. The breakfasts on both days we were there were very well made and beautifully presented. We had both of our breakfasts out next to their garden and it was a wonderful way to start each day. Be aware that this is the country, so a wandering cat and the smell of a horse pasture next store added a bit of authenticity to the experience to remind you that you are not in the city any more. We also had a picnic lunch prepared for us on one of the days that was very tasty and a great deal considering the quality of the food.

We loved this experience and would not hesitate to recommend Cozy Rose!

This B&B is set admist country fields and is romantic and delightful. They have lovely grounds and rooms that include everthing you'd possibly need. Breakfasts, as shown in the pictures is wonderful with lovely details, like small flower pedals in the butter and beautiful presentation and delicious as well.

Room Tip: We stayed in Secret Garden which was private and quiet with a patio for dining.

We called in a panic after having booked another local (Prosser) B&B that turned out to be quite different from its online persona. The Cozy Rose owners accommodated us, and we had a great time, lovely charming room, wonderful breakfasts and cookies, and Kecia-- what a doll! She has the perfect personality for Inn Keeping! So attentive, accommodating, sweet, just great!

On our second night we saw a beautiful sunset from the front lawn area, and fed the blond maned friendly horse a bunch of apples. He eats them out of your hand, taking bites of the apple just like a person would! Anyway, a wonderful place we hope to return to.

We found the Cozy Rose to be much to our liking. Beautiful setting in the countryside, a well appointed room with lots of shower options and a delicious and well presented breakfast. There was nothing about it we did not like. So why the but? Our room was right at $240 per night and we were charged an additional $7 per pot of coffee. We have never had to pay extra for morning coffee. Commonly we are told, "The coffee pot will be on a 8 a.m. and breakfast is served at 9 a.m." The extra charge for an item as ordinary and standard as coffee with breakfast still has us stymied.

Room Tip: Get the room facing the field with the Palomino in it.

Karen and I spent three nights in the Secret Garden at the CozyRose in Grandview, WA. It was everything that we had expected and more....there were no bad surprises. The room was very comfortable and had a most unusual bathroom that will make you want to remodel when you return home. Each breakfast was different and delicious. Be sure and ask Mark for suggestions on restaurants and wineries to visit......trust his advice! If ever we return to the Yakima Valley, our lodging choice will without question be the CozyRose.
