“I had a good night's sleep in this Motel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 27, 2014

There's nothing spectacular about his motel but it was a good stay. We arrived very late on Sat night and the gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. The WiFi sucked, it was very spotty but since we were there basically just to sleep while we passed through we didn't mind too much. Our room was on the second floor was the view of the mountains was pretty nice. We left the balcony open and the smell of rain, forest and nature was truly lovely. The pillows were nice which made me happy =)

Room Tip: We were on the second floor room 201, it wasn't the best but it was fine with a really nice view...

Clean suite style rooms with little patios. Odd numbered rooms have a better view and the upstairs is better. Clean rooms for the most part. Carpet is a little spotty but not terrible. Flat screen TVs. Spacious rooms at a great price. The place was full and we got the last two rooms, but it was very quiet with very little noise. I would stay here again.

We stayed one night when everything else in town was full. The room itself was fine, clean other than cigarette butts and ashes on the balcony. The girl at the front desk during breakfast was on the internet and seemed irritated to be interrupted. Breakfast itself was abysmal. They have the typical do it yourself waffles, stale English muffins and some small red apples . . . not even a yogurt or a banana. There is nowhere to sit so you have to go back to back to your room in a separate building . . . good luck carrying your coffee and waffle. The wifi is terrible, works for 20 seconds or so then kicks you off. The batteries in the TV remote were dead and the TV color was so dark you could barely see what was going on. It's a step up from the Town Motel and in a crunch I'd stay again, but we've stayed in several motels in town and this is at the bottom of our list. Spend your money somewhere else.

I have stayed here twice now. Love, love, love it! Very clean. Huge rooms. And if you have a room on the back of the motel, great views! The breakfast is a small, simple affair, but if feels you up. Can not express enough how friendly and sweet and welcoming the staff always is. When you are greeted warmly and with a smile, all the time, you have a great place to stay. On top of all that, you are getting a great bargain by staying here. Microwave, mini fridge, and a flat screen t.v. that plays DVD's in every room. This will always be the place we stay when we come to Forks. And because of how great the hotel is, how wonderful the people are and how much there is to do around the area, we will come back. My favorite part. Sitting on the small balcony first thing in the morning, drinking my coffee, watching the horses play like puppies on the farm behind the motel. Their whinnying bounces off the mountains surrounding Forks creating this awesome sound. Not at all loud or scary. The view is beautiful, the air is clean, the sun lighting the mountains and hills first with shadow then with shining emerald beauty is breathtaking and perfect for letting all the stresses go.

Room Tip: If you want a view, I recommend the 2nd floor on the back part of the motel. The mountains and far...

Of course I was here for a Twilight adventure. This is the second time I have been to Forks, but the first time I stayed at this hotel/motel. If I come back, I would happily stay here again. I wasn't expecting anything new or fancy. I do expect things to be clean and everything to work. The hallway was freezing and a bit sketchy (if I was in a different city, I'd feel unsafe, but this is Forks.)

The price was reasonable, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were inviting. The place is a little dated. I might even encourage the motel to offer the highschool kids some community service hours to do some repainting and maybe update the comforters just so we can visit this century.

Have fun on your Twilight trip!
(or your fishing n nature adventure)

For the money this was a reasonable night's stay. The room was large and clean and the beds reasonably comfortable. Can't say anything about the breakfast as unfortunately we were about 5 mins too late and everything was cleared away.

Room Tip: Don't be late for breakfast

Ended up here after leaving the Log Cabin Resort at Lake Crescent because the bathroom there was disgusting. It was nice to be in a room that had a clean bathroom and the room itself was big. Bed was ok, but everything was clean and the hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was decent for a continental breakfast.
