We stayed here for two nights while in town for a family emergency. We got a jacuzzi suite for only $10 more dollars than a regular room. Let me tell you - it was worth it with all the family stress going on. The room itself was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The jacuzzi was just meh...the pressure wasn't all that strong, but it still felt nice.

The breakfast in the morning was great - hot eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, fruit, cereal, coffee, juice, etc. The breakfast was being regularly monitored and refilled too.

The staff were great - the woman who checked us in was so helpful when we asked for restaurant recommendations.

A great place to stay, good value for the money. We'd stay here again!

My family and I stayed at the Quality Inn on October 18. It was super clean, friendly staff, and an awesome breakfast. It was comfort at its best. They also have a swimming pool so it was a great way to relax.

My husband and I came to this hotel for long weekend get away, and were very pleased with our choice of the Quality Inn & Suites in Federal Way for our 2 nights in federal.

The woman at the front desk when we arrived was very friendly and welcoming. After greeting me and verifying my reservation, she told me the locations of the 4 rooms that were available and let me choose. This was a little thing but made an EXTREMELY good first impression on me - how many hotels offer this, or even think to offer?

The lobby was very clean and seemed updated. Upon entering our suite, the first thing that struck me was how clean it was. The rooms are nicely sized, and did I mention it was clean?

The beds were very comfortable, and ample pillows were provided. The comforters provided were dark green and a good weight - not too warm or too thin. We got a room on the second floor - it was extremely quiet.

Breakfast was very tastefulness - Manager's and the receptionist honestly were EXTREMELY friendly.

For the service, quiet, cleanliness (perhaps the single most important thing to me in a hotel :)), and comfortable rooms and beds, I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone else looking for a hotel in this area.
