Restaurant was clean and well kept. Ordered Wood Fired Halibut. Family member also ordered same. Waiter brought all meals at same time. I noticed that my Halibut looked dry and flat (much thinner) as compared to my family member, who had a halibut that looked thicker, more fresh. I have never eaten halibut before, so wasn't sure what to say to the waiter. As I ate the halibut, it was obvious that it wasn't right (completely dry and rough to chew). Called waiter and showed him my halibut, and he said it did not look right. Interesting that he did not notice this when he served us, because it was obvious that it was not a proper looking halibut. He took the halibut back to show the chefs. After 10min, manager brought a new halibut, looked very fresh, apologized and I could tell this was a proper halibut. Manager did agree that the previous was not right and was way overcooked.
Overall, not too impressive about this place. Expected better service from a "fish" house. Don't really have plans to go back, whereas many other restaurants nearby. Other members of my family were ok with their meal. (fish/chips, clams)
