Ventured in for breakfast with some out of town guests and was really looking forward to a great meal based on reviews I've read. Sadly it took 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. After finally placing our order we walked to the coffee "buffet" only to discover there was no coffee. Had to hunt someone down to let them know. 20 min later coffee finally appeared but no one bothered to tell us even though we were assured they would let us know immediately when it was up. Then our food came and 2 of the orders were wrong. I don't eat meat and they had put meat on my plate and when I pointed this out the waitress asked who ordered the meat she then snapped it off my plate and tossed it on the other persons plate and said "there! All fixed"
There was also a handicapped patron in the resturant and she asked the "buser" if she was her waitress and she snapped back " no what do you want?" in a horribly rude tone. When the lady replied she just wanted to leave a tip the buser lady barked back for her to "walk up like everyone else and put it in the slot by the register". I'm guessing she didn't see the fact that this last had no legs and was in a wheelchair.
