To our “Neighbors to the North”…….we are so pleased to hear that our guests are returning to our hotel whenever they visit our area. As you know, we certainly do have the places to shop till you drop, and here comes the holidays! Thank you for your recognition of Yvette. We couldn’t accomplish what we do here without her help. And, thank you for bringing your friends along with you. We all look forward to your next stay with us. Have a wonderful fall!
Sincerely,
Bill Rode

I am so glad we found this gem! Friends had the bubble tub room and we had 2 queen room. Both had full kitchen. Comfy beds, with nice pillows and duvets. Nice indoor pool. Breakfast was plentiful and good. We had a room with no wifi service, but the manager gave me a credit. We will definitely be back. Great location to shopping.

Grandparents and grandchildren ages 16, and 5 years had a great time at this hotel.
The staff were great .... the room was exceptional, with kitchen area.... the pool was perfect... and the free breakfast was well above the norm! We will return, especially to shop at the Seattle Premium Outlet Mall.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Pillows were very small and way too soft. WiFi was virtually non-existent. We could not use the internet on any of our devices. It kept on disconnecting. We called to try and fix the internet and were given a toll free number to call. They kept trying to reset the router, but this did not fix the problem.

We chose this hotel because of its location between the outlets and the Alderwood Mall. Breakfast was great. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The first night we literally could not sleep at all as there was some kind of loud knocking sound that went on every 45 minutes throughout the night. Sounded like metal knocking on pipes. It was so loud we kept getting startled out of our sleep. The next night the staff transferred us to another room. It was very comfortable and quiet and we slept beautifully. Thank you staff for making the move for us so easy. All in all a good hotel at a great price.

Room Tip: Stay away from rooms across from the elevator or near the metal plane outside.

During our 8 day trip in the Seattle/Portland area, this was the most expensive property we stayed at and certainly not worth what they charge. I'm guessing they are considered a bargain compared to Seattle rates. There is just nothing impressive about the place. Worst toilet paper ever, think they took it directly from the bark of a tree! Such a simple thing they could improve upon. As long as a property is clean and comfortable, I can be satisfied. The pillows were plentiful and horrible! Asked what else they had and the answer was "none, we offer the standard Best Western pillows". They might be comfortable if you were over 6' tall and weighed a minimum of 300 lbs as they were about 2' thick! Made for a miserable 2 nights of sleep. I find it interesting that the BW Hotel in Vancouver, WA where we stayed later in the week had exceptional pillows. The view from our upper floor room was the back lot of some business and it was pretty bad. It is close to the Boeing plant tour which we really enjoyed. And I thought the woman at the front desk Sunday night could have been more helpful to the guest who came in quite upset after their car had been broken into while in Seattle during the day.

Room Tip: Can't really help you here because we did not have a good room location.

Loved the decor and the fact that the room had a fully functioning kitchen! The breakfast had a large selection of items to choose from and we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the 'breakfast area/entry way'.
