I have stayed at these hotels often and for the most part have had good luck but this one in Everett Washington was not up to par. The staff is not attentive. Indeed there was never anyone at the desk to help customers. The hotel is pet friendly but the barking dogs in the adjacent room were too much. Finally located desk clerk and a new room was given but alas the shower didn't work. The checkout was not good as they forgot to add the seniors discount. These are all problems that should have been readily rectified but weren't. On the positive side the hotel was clean and in a good location to get on the I-5. The free breakfast was decent and the attendant was friendly and attentive. They need to improve their staff however . Date of trip was Apriil 2012

I wouldn't exactly say that this La Quinta is "Pet Friendly". If you don't want to stay in a room at the far end of the third floor, don't bring your dog. If you want a king bed, don't bring your dog. If you want to stay in a room with a flat screen TV, don't bring your dog. All the good rooms and amenities are not available to pet owners. All the staff are very friendly, but they say the manager is adamant about his pet rules, which in my opinion are ridiculous. Stay in Lynnwood, it's not that far away and a newer hotel without the draconian pet rules.

I, Harvey L. Rieder & Jean A. Bindl want to express our thanks and appreciation for the wonderful attention and help during our stay from 3/11/2012 - 3/16/2012. Want to express to your Company that Brian and Miss Kim were exceptional and want this to go in their records as being very professional during our stay. My son was opening his new store as manager for Cabela's in Marysville, WA and we elected to stay here during our visit. Again Thanks.

Room Tip: We would for our next rip would like to stay on the top floor southwest corner. Some of the railroa...

The service was good but nothing extraordinary. I remember the waffles for free breakfast were tasty. The hotel rooms need upgrades as well as the rest of the hotel interior. The price was right at the time but I'd stay somewhere else next time I visit Everett. If you're a light sleeper - the walls are thing between rooms and you can hear everything in the hallway. When I walked outside of the hotel to grab something at the nearby store, I was confronted by a shady character in a dark area looking for money. Should have more lighting outside.

We stayed two nights in La Quinta Inn Everett. The hotel was a bit hard to find- kind of tucked in behind some other businesses. The room was nice for the price. It had continetal breakfast, microwave/fridge in the room, and a business center, which was handy when printing off our boarding passes for the plane. People were very friendly. I was impressed with the treats that were offered, especially when checking into the hotel late. They offered each of us water, rice krispie bar, warm cookies, and apples.

Not much to say...internet was shaky, and the workstation lighting was more for like interrogations... Coupled with shady characters in the halls (nearby Casino)...left me with a "just okay" feeling. May not stay here again..

We've been frequenting La Quinta Inn Everett for about three years now - great value and location. We travel down from Canada every two to three months and stay for two to three days to shop: the Seattle Premium Outlet Mall is just a few minutes north, and the Alderwood & Northgate Malls and the Costco Business Centre are just a few minutes south. It's in a quiet location and in great proximity to a few really good restaurants as well: La Palmera (Center Rd) and Lombardies (Everett Marina). The rooms are clean and spacious - fridge and microwave as well as a business desk with multiple outlets all come in handy when you're there for more than just an overnight. We tell all our friends that this hotel is the best deal and location in the Pacific Northwest.
