I was looking for an inexpensive with an indoor pool and wifi. I first found this location on Expedia, but they were trying to charge a lot more for my 1 night stay... When I caught the Expedia rep in a lie, I chose not to deal with them and instead called the location to see if they would match the Expedia price. The man I spoke was nice and helped me out with an even lower price. I didn't have my credit card handy so he said he would save it until 6. I got hung up at my sons football game and didn't ever call to give them my reservation. I made my reservation online for $3 cheaper than my Expedia quote. When I arrived at the hotel, Patty was kind and very helpful. Even with confusion of having 2 reservations (my original was never cancelled) Patty was fast, efficient & calm. She eased my concern about having to pay for the non cancelled reservation and checked us in with instructions to call her with any needs/concerns I may have. Patty was informative when giving instructions & important details without taking too much time. I was exhausted & freezing so i truly appreciated that. :)
