Stayed here and wish I had not. Don't even know where to start. Dirty room, uncleaned bathroom, even worse the toilet had not even been touched. Can it get any worse, Yep. Started in a non-smoking room, NOT. Had to move to a new room, wait make that two because they didn't have a room like the one we wanted. We took a look around the rooms they were dirty with filthy bathrooms. Had to just bite the bullet and stay. Son and wife wanted to go swimming. Go to the pool and the indoor heated pool is not heated. Asked why, one person said the heater had gone out 5 days ago, the next person said they installed a new heater 5 days ago? Bottom line, they are not taking care of this place, on the maintenance side of the house as the walls and doors are falling apart and on the housekeeping side as the rooms are just a plain disaster.
On the positive side. The Front desk person tried to help all she could and we did end up with a discount. But I would have paid more to stay somewhere else.
Room Tip: Go to a different Hotel.

Thank you for taking the time to write about your stay. I remember speaking with you and your family upon checkout and we are very sorry that your stay was not as pleasant as we would have liked it to be.
We do apologize for the status of the initial room you checked into and that you had to be moved. Unfortunately, the initial room is the only one in the hotel that includes three beds. The front desk associate felt that moving your family into two rooms with an adjoining door between them rooms would be the best way to keep your family together given the circumstances.
Our large pool is a feature that we are very proud of as it helps to differentiate us from the other hotels in town so. We apologize it was not as warm as you would have liked. You are correct, we did have a brand new pool heater installed earlier that week. With the new system installed, we were determining the best temperature setting for our guests. Thanks to the input you provided during checkout, we learned we needed to increase the water temperature a few degrees. Since the adjustment, we have had nothing but great reviews from both hotel guests and those renting the space for pool parties. Your feedback was very valuable.
