“70 minute drive from Tri-Cities... and worth it”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 4, 2013

It's the rare restaurant worth over an hour drive, but these guys do it. They've been serving fantastic food for decades and, it appears, haven't changed the decor in that entire time frame. Yes, the tiny place isn't much to look at, but when you take a bite of anything they serve you'll close your eyes anyway. It's really that good. Their creamy curried carrot soup was one of the best soups I've ever had. Everything else was great to excellent. Just think... a high-end restaurant in a little <3000 person town and it's been there forever. Must be doing things right!

“Our Favorite Special Occasion Restaurant in Our Area”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 1, 2012

This is a 4 star restaurant with 4 star prices so it's a once or twice a year adventure for us, but when we're having an anniversary or other special occasion, we love to eat here. Amazing food, quirky ambiance, and an escape from the mundane and ordinary for a night. Great desserts as well.

“Stop if you can!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2012

If you are in Walla Walla, WA or on a trip in south Eastern Washington, make sure you stop to eat at Patit Creek restaurant in Dayton, WA. This is an amazing place to eat in small town, wheat country! They make their own salad dressings, fresh baked pies and creative menus in an intimate setting with linen tablecloths and friendly staff. We stopped for lunch and my husband had one of the best reuben's he has had anywhere. The homemade blackberry pie was exceptional! This was in the middle of the week and there were locals, occasional travellers and bicyclists, all of whom were welcomed and left smiling.

“Four Star Restaurant in Eastern Washington”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 10, 2012

I had dined at Patit Creek 15 years ago and remembered what a great meal I had. So when I was planning a girlfriend trip to Eastern Washington this was a must for me. I wanted my friends to experience the food and they were not disappointed. We started with dates wrapped in bacon and stuffed with goat cheese. Oh My! Then on to the special which was lamb shanks served over polenta and then to a special salad with a raspberry vinaigrette. Another Oh My! We chose the Cabernet from Walla Walla Cellar's. This is the label from the community college in Walla Walla. This wine is made by students in the wine program and It was just perfect with the meal. We were so pleased to see this restaurant supporting the school.
Don't miss Patit Creek for great food and terrific service when visiting Dayton, Washington.

“Wonderful food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 16, 2012 via mobile

We went in the reccomendation of the locals and we were not disappointed! We were warned to get a reservation but they took it in the morning for lunch on a Wednesday. Food was amazing. Building was nicely maintained but humble not sure that wait would be accessible for a person in a wheelchair but overall very nice. No cell phones allowed which is likely why there are so few photos on te reviews. Presentation great and the service delightful!
