“Fast, some captain narration about geology and history of the lake and mountains.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 7, 2013

It was nice to be able to sit or walk around the 2 levels of the boat. I liked the captains' narratives about the scenery and the lake. Concession served good coffee but should substitute real cream for the artificial creamer.

“Lady of the Lake is great.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013

We flew up to Stehekin in the morning, and caught the Lady of the Lake express at noon. It was nice having a different view of the lake, and it was relaxing.

“THE LADY IS AGING, BUT STILL DELIGHTFUL!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2013

We enjoyed the all-day (from 8:30 a.m until 6:00 p.m.) cruise on Lake Chelan (the third deepest lake in the USA) sailing from the city of Chelan on the south end to Stehekin, some fifty miles away on the north end. This is the ferry that transports people, both the local residents and the visiting tourists, along with all sorts of goods and services for those who live in a community which you cannot drive to--only by boat, or seaplane, or by hiking.

“Love a boat ride.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2013

We took the slow boat. Four hours up and four hours back.
Loved it. You might consider the faster boat if you get bored
just setting and looking at rocks and water.

Beautiful, informative and relaxing. Go prepare for cold and rainy weather. Visit during summer days :)
