This Burgerville is currently testing a gluten-free burger bun (Udi's brand). There is an extra $1 charge but if you have not enjoyed a Burgerville burger since going gluten-free, it is definitely worth it! Also the staff has been carefully trained to answer questions about their food. I learned about the deep-frying process at this particular Burgerville and that they could not guarantee that their fries were g-f. I am so grateful! They take us seriously, and I am delighted.
