“Recommend Any time”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 7, 2014

I have stayed at the Hampton in Burlington, Wa many times over the past few years. I have always found the staff to extremely courteous and professional. They check yo in and when they see you always ask how the accommodations are. The room are always clean and fresh. The beds I have had were very comfortable. The ammenities provided are very good. the studio suites are a real pleasure to stay. Always plenty room, extra seating availability, desk and internet work really well. I even stay there if I have to drive a few extra miles to where I may be working. You can walk across street to shopping, and food.

Enjoyed entire stay, everybody was VERY kind. We did help ourselves to complimentary cookies one night, and shortly after we got up to the room, they had sent up a small pitcher of cold milk for the children.

Clean quiet room with modern bathroom. Ross, Best Buy, Home Depot, and Costco are only three blocks distance away across the main road and within walking distance. Wireless internet is weak on my daughter's iphone4 however my Blackberry playbook and my wife's ipad mini were fine. There are no safes in the closet which is strange since most Hampton Inn's usually have one. The stairs are at the extreme ends of the hotel so if you want to skip the central elevator, you have to walk a longer distance. However, each outside exit door has card access. You just need to figure out which door is closer to your car in order to skip the slow elevator. The value is good for the price (~$100) if you like to stay and shop in Burlington. Not much to do if you don't like shopping except for the AMC movie theater at the Cascade Mall. Movies are $10.50. "Outbacks" beside the Cascade Mall is a good steak place for supper. Penera's beside Costco is a good place for lunch.

Excellent staff however asked for feedback regarding an odor coming from the bathroom fan it caused my wife to suffer an ashama attack! We did get moved to another room but no one should have ever been checked into the room. It was very strong of mold or mildew.
We have left contact info, should we stay again we have a reservation for next weekbutbno follow up, cause worry if they care and if it has been fixed?

Very satisfied with hotel and staff. Front desk staff very efficient and friendly. Location is excellent for shopping either at the Burlington Outlets or Seattle Premium Outlets. Close to great other shopping and Costco too! Would definitely staff there again!

I visited twice and could not have been happier. Yes my view from my window was not spectacular, it was a heavy equipment contractor lot, but it was quiet the whole time I was there. Better than a view of a noisy highway. Staff was helpful, efficient and friendly. Breakfast staff the same, guess I just wish someone, somewhere would figure out how to do a better breakfast buffet. When someone hits it they will get that elusive next star. That said, I'll be back at least 3 times in the next year, and that should say enough.

Room Tip: Staff has great recommendations on nearby restaurants. Ask. Also they have to go bags in the morni...
