“"Best Value In the Valley"”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 4, 2014

That is their tag line and is right on. OK, so what does best value mean? Well, for fifty bucks you get a room (clean but with 40 years wear including threadbare sheets, thin towels, and stains on the carpet). If you just need a place to crash and don't care about anything else it is a great deal.

Oh, beware of trains. They run all night long and the COCUSA is right next to the tracks. This is not a place to take the family but if you need a place to sleep, it can't be beat.

Room Tip: If WIFI is important room 34 has the best reception. 2nd floor quietest.

We needed a single overnight on our way elsewhere and the price sold me. It worked fine for us.

We didn't have noisy neighbors, but it did seem as if sound would travel if there were. Very basic room and breakfast. In-room coffee pot. Competent staff.

Great location near I-5 on SR 20.

I'd stay again in similar circumstances.

This is hands down the worst motel I have ever seen. We were checked in by a guy who seemed like he had better things to do. Customer service was horrible ! Opened the door to our room and all you could smell was a musty mold / smoke like stench ! The carpets had not been vaccumed. There was dirt and garbage on the floor. We pulled the sheets back to look at the bed and there were cigarette burns and stains on the sheets. There was also hair on the sheets which would indicate they were NOT changed after the last person stayed there. The toilet had a paper band on it as if to say it was cleaned but after lifting the lid,, it was clear that nothing had been cleaned at all. We went back down to the office and informed them of our finding and he handed us a set of sheets.. We asked for our money back and left. Please don't waste your hard earned money on this place. You are better off sleeping in your car if something esle isn't available.. GROSS and very UNCLEAN !

Room Tip: One that isn't at this Motel !

Parking lot needs re-paved, stairs need repaired (crumbling) and customer service was not great. Beds were really uncomfortable and their "free wifi" was horrible. Didn't work hardly at all. When I called to ask about (about 5pm) they said wifi goes down for restarts at 6, well its around 5pm, and I knowing a little about restarts it takes a couple minutes, by 9pm I gave up and went to bed. Next time I visit up there I will pay a little more and get better

We made reservations after reading some reviews about this motel being clean & comfortable, I seriously question if the people that made these "clean" reviews had actually stayed here. At $100.00 a night I expected something decent, this place was bad. Filthy, ripped sheets & towels, cigarette burns in the blankets & a totally horrible experience. I'd spend twice as much to get a clean place to stay.

Had it not been so late we would have kept on driving. Walking in to the room and finding it smelling like a boys locker room, then the dirty wash cloth hanging in the shower to the torn stained carpets, this place was flithy. Thankfully no bed bugs.

The price was right but I wish I would have driven a little further to find a better place to stay. The tile floors and carpet were horribly dirty. I had to walk around in my shoes. The sheets had holes in the and the mattresses were pretty bad. I rate this overall as a 2.
