It is always difficult to write a review on Italian restaurant abroad, but i have to say that I had the possibility of appreciating really good Italian restaurants throughout the States . This non only for the recipes that were faithfully executed, but also for the careful selection of some raw materials (imported) and the appropriate mix with local US meat, vegetables, fruits and even wines, that sometimes are absolutely at level.
This is not the case of "Grazie".
The pasta dishes are quite odd: cappellini and prawns with Sherry wine sauce(?) and asiago , seafruit pasta with parmesan and cheese(?).
The main course are offer also rather improbable coupling between pasta and risotti with fish , meat or chicken ( Santimbocca pollo with feta and parmesan risotto, everything loaded with too creamy sauses...) probably the cookbook pages were mixed up.
I'd like to suggest to have lunch and dinner in standard italian restaurants next time the crew is travelling to Italy.. and take note about the simplicity of the recipes. Enjoy!
