I was in Seattle last weekend with myself and my husband, and my parents. It is nice to be able to have a kitchen when we travel. We stayed for 4 nights (Thurs - Sun) and this place is awesome!!
Our suite was roomy, featuring 2 bedrooms (one on the left and one on the right) with a living room in the middle, an eating area, and a FULL kitchen! All the toiletries one would need or expect were included. There is a 42 inch flat screen tv, in the living room as well as the one bedroom. Each bedroom featured its own full bathroom, and ample closet space. The bathtub was low, and 'typical' hotel style, not a jacuzzi... but easy to step in and out of for showers, which I prefer anyway, as I rarely have a bath at a hotel! The bedrooms also each featured queen beds. The bed in our room was horrible the first night, it felt as if it was sagging, I was 'falling' into my husband all night, and it was not a good night sleep for me at all. In the morning my husband called the front desk to see if they had a memory foam or something that we could put on the bed... they did better than that! The offered a whole new pillowtop mattress, and had housekeeping/maintenance change it out while we were gone... the new bed was PERFECT. I have never had a hotel offer to change out the bed... I'd say that was customer service. :)
This hotel even though it has a full kitchen and is much more like a condo than a hotel, it offered a FULL hot breakfast included in the rate! It was GREAT!! Waffles, bananas, apples, yogurt, hot eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, toast, oatmeal with raisins (if you wanted) and brown sugar -YUM. Bagels, muffins, juices, coffee, including Starbucks roast coffee...
Now if you are like me and a real Starbucks addict to fancy overpriced drinks that take you 20 seconds to spit out your order there is a Starbucks less than 2 miles away, right across from the Home Depot, and they had awesome staff (at least the 3 times I was there)
The wired internet is free, and the hotel is definitely a great place if you are travelling with kids, 2 couples, or just want a ton of space. Free parking on site, and we never had any trouble getting a parking space. The hotel is only 2 stories tall, and no elevators on site, so if you can't go up the stairs better take a main floor unit.
Would definitely recommend this place. The front staff were incredibly friendly and we really enjoyed this hotel.
