“Always beautiful”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 9, 2013

Peaceful and quiet; well mainained grounds; pleasant walking areas; great views of the Peach Arch and the water beyond. Always feels safe and "connected" to our neighbours. Happy to live so near to this beautiful park.

“park”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 22, 2013

Very pretty. the park is well kept and they have a lot of flowers, Mainly begonias to look at. The facility also has a kitchen and inside area with fire place. Nice to use for a gathering not so large. One negative is that you have to pay parking fee oter wise nice.

“you can stand on the boundary between US and Canada”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 30, 2013

My friends kids weren't impressed with the limited playground. Beautiful landscaping, fun to take people from out of state to Canada. People driving into Canada were getting out of their cars and using the bushes on the Canadian side as an outdoor toilet.

“straddling the border”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 25, 2013

this is a great place to get out and stretch your legs if you have more than one driver...while waiting for the line-up to the border. Take a picture at the Peace Arch, as the cars slowly make their way to the border. Great green area to greet visitors. Play area for the bored children. Worth the stop.

“Worth a stop”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2013

A forty acre park, half American and half Canadian, with magnificent gardens dedicated to peace, right on the shoreline. The review2er "Yog-Sothoth" calls the arch a portico on stilts, but that means the rest of his review is based on his lack of perceptioon and understanding. It's a concrete arch 62 feet highand 60 feet wide at the bse, hardly on stilts. It's really worth a stop. Free parking on the Canadian side. The US side has a day-use fee since it's part of the state park system. Or just let your kids out if you're in a long line-up, as once in the prk you cn go into either side without customs clearance.
