In many ways this property feels more like an better class hotel, like a Hampton, than a Best Western. In the room - big comfortable beds with lots of pillows, lots of fluffy white towels, granite bathroom counter tops, microwave, hidden fridge, flat screen TV, real wood furniture and armchairs. In the lobby - beautiful art, a lovely waterfall, a first rate bar that doubles for a good looking breakfast area. In the hotel - a nice indoor pool, a shuttle that will pick you up at the airport or take you where you need to go around town, and a classy restaurant down the front corridor. The property is located near town, but not downtown, which puts it right next door to a Fred Meyer super-center where you can pick up virtually anything you need. The only vestiges of Best Western that remain are the tacky soap dispenser in the shower and the complicated breakfast system, where some guests are getting the 2nd rate breakfast that comes with certain room rates and others are ordering a 1st class breakfast a-la-carte, and the staff are having to run around sorting out which breakfast goes with what room booking. But they are pleasant enough about it and it doesn't seem to bother them. The property is priced like a Hampton. I would recommend this hotel for business, families on vacation, and solo travelers. The location is less than perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway.

Thank you so much for the kind words regarding your recent stay with us! I apologize for the breakfast confusion. We have rates that include breakfast as well as rates that don't. In addition all Platinum and Diamond Members with Best Western Rewards receive breakfast.
The soap dispensers are part of our green intiative. However, they have been having some issues and we are replacing all units.
