“Great park to run at”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 3, 2014

I love running at this park! Lake Padden Park surrounds Lake Padden and is a great place to fish, exercise, picnic, sun bath, play basketball and bring your family. I run at this park regularly. The main trail loops around the lake and is 2.6 miles. There is access to many other trails as well if you care to run further. There are two tennis courts, a basketball court, dog park, golf course, restrooms, and endless picnic spots. If its a nice day, and you have some extra time, its worth a visit!

“Perfect distance”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 19, 2014

A 2 1/2 mile trail around a secluded and scenic little lake. No big hills, no rugged paths, perfect for a few old ladies.

“Mountain biking trails that are not to be missed!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 18, 2014

Gentle mountain biking trails ring the lake, but the real riding is across the road on Galbraith Mountain. Downhill and all-mountain mountain bikes are available for rent at several bike shops in the area. It's a hike a bike mountain and there are not shuttles or lifts to get to the top so plan on peddling. The top is about an hour of grinding to get there but the trails down are epic for views and there are some great downhill trails for the jump monkeys!

“Something For Everyone”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 1, 2014

This park is beautiful! Whether you want to swim, hike, jog, or play with your dog, you can do it all here. The walk around the lake is a gravelled path plenty wide enough to accomodate runners, cyclists and walkers and is around 2 miles long.

The dog park is amazing! Lots of room for them to romp and play with their pals, and there are miles of off leash trails through the beautiful wooded park.

“Beautiful family hiking!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 25, 2013

You can walk the 2.6 miles around the lake with the family or bike it. Beautiful and serene. Ample parking, a dog park, covered picnic areas and swimming/boating in the summer. You can also catch some mountain biking trails from Lake Padden if that's your thing.
