We were nearby for a work project and NorthSide came recommended by a local. The prime rib is excellent. It's what they're known for and I think the only reason you order something else is when they run out of prime rib. The dinner includes the soup/salad bar and coming from San Francisco, that salad bar was one of the saddest cuisine things I've seen a in a long time. Avoid the iceberg lettuce, avoid the Sysco prepared toppings, etc., don't bother perusing the options- there are none. Wait patiently (not that it took long) for your delicious slab of meat. It's even better when accompanied by the local(ish) brew.
