This is an older, well used hotel with 3 floors. I was told at check in that my room was on the 3rd floor and that there was no elevator. With a bum knee, 2 flights of stairs with a suitcase in tow wasn't something I was looking forward to tackling. The front desk rep suggested I park in the rear of the building and use that entrance which came in at the second floor, so a few less steps. My biggest complaint is that they should make it clear in their website information that there is no elevator so those with mobility issues could request a ground floor room. Front desk staff were pleasant and the complimentary continental breakfast was fine except they didn't have decaf coffee.
