“Good Business Hotel a few Blocks from the Major Shops of Bellevue”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 24, 2010

Good hotel for business traveler, clean, modern friendly staff. Room décor is nice and typical of newer Marriott Courtyard properties. Nice thing about this Courtyard is they have room service and a restaurant. Hotel is right across from new very upscale mall the Bravern that has high end shopping and several good restaurants. Lincoln Square and other shopping/restaurants is several blocks away.

All in all a good place for business travel in Bellevue.

I travel to Bellevue often and budget cuts have moved me from the more luxurious, more expensive, and more convenient Westin and Hyatt down the street. However, if luxury is not your thing this place is great any typical of the Courtyard name. Nice staff and very friendly bartender. Parking was tight with a H2 Hummer that Avis stuck me with on this trip--really stuck out like a sore thumb in the world of Prius sedans. Workout room is small so arrive early to ensure your spot. You can still walk to shopping and dining, but bring your umbrella.

Comfortable, clean and quiet hotel. within walking distance from several good restaurants and pubs - Thai, Japanese, Seafood, beers. Japanese restaurant/bar at door step of hotel. Complimentary hi-speed Internet connections (cable & wireless) in rooms. However, my colleagues in some rooms in 3rd level reported that wireless connections not available, only cable connections available. Complimentary coffee and tea at lobby. Car park in basement is small but complimentary for hotel guests.

This hotel is conveniently located near Bellevue Square, within walking distance. Hotel is very clean, the rooms were nice and the service was great. We had a 2 queen bed room, very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed during the weekend, where they offer a breakfast buffet for $11.95, which is a great deal with coffee/juice and made to order omelets, bacon/sausage, waffles, fresh fruit and continental breakfast items. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a inexpensive stay. Our room was $109/night.

I stayed here primarily because I was using points and they had a reward room available, and it was less points than any hotel in the city. It was actually a wise decision. Bellevue turned out to be a nice little city in and of itself complete with numerous dining options within walking distance. Some of the activities that I had planned were in the city, and some like the zoo and arboretum, were just as close to this hotel as they would have been to a downtown location. This was a Courtyard with room service, which was also a bonus. It came in handy one night around 9:30 when we didn't feel like going out. The rooms were very clean, and updated. The hotel was very nice and clean in general. No complaints at all about the service. I would stay here again when back in the city.

Stayed at this location for a 4day getaway that included a trip to British Columbia. Hotel is centrally located and very nice. Staff very accomodating and rooms were what you'd expect from a Marriott; very clean with up-to-date amenities. Very pleased with the accomodations and room rate.

We were very pleased to have found this hotel. The price was right at $75 (AAA) and the room was well decorated and the kitchen well equipped. We spent 2 nites and the hotel was at capacity. We had a room at the terrace level overlooking the nature preserve making it very quiet. Parking was $10 / per nite but it was underground and secure although the spots were small. Most big SUVs took 2 spots. Included a hot breakfast which was the same thing both days.
I would stay there again without hesitation. The staff was very friendly.
