Being a vegetarian, I was a bit worried when we chose to go to Daniel's that there would be nothing for me to eat. Despite the vast amount of meat on the menu, there's actually a perfectly respectable vegetarian menu available too (although you have to ask for it) - rather than just one item for non-meat eaters, there's risotto, pasta and roast portabello mushrooms.
Portions are all pretty big (you'd be hardpressed to have a main course and still find room for dessert). Our server was helpful and gave good recommendations for wine. The view over Bellevue is pretty great - you're at the top of the Hyatt, so you can see a long way across the city. Although we arrived without a reservation as a group of five, they made space for us quickly.
So, great if you like meat, and if you don't, you won't go hungry either. Recommended.
