This was our second choice for dinner. The first, Earl's , told my daughter that they did not accept reservations but we wouldn't have any trouble finding a table at 5:30. Well, place was full with no room when she arrived. So, nearby Palomino was a second choice. She got there before we did, asked for a table for 5:45, was told none was available, remembered that Open Table had showed availability, booked it, then we all walked in at 5:45 and were seated. Service was very slow, but a Holiday Parade occurs just outside their doors every night, so that was understandable. Drink prices were reasonable. Our $8.00 salads were delicious (Blue Cheese Hazelnut, Caeser). Entrees, not so much. $24 for 5 prawns and risotto, $26 for crab stuffed sole with way too much mashed potato filler and sorrowful asparagus, neither of which were tasty seemed like a bit much. (Remember, in Tacoma I bought 3 scallops at a restaurant for a similar price and gave the restaurant a good review!) A very average overpriced experience.
