“Good hotel and great staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 9, 2013 via mobile

Spent five nights on business while visiting Microsoft. The location of this Hotel is very conveniently located to the Microsoft campus and about 20 minutes from the seatac car rental drop off with no traffic. Hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I had a minor issue with the room which was quickly addressed, within 10 minutes. I was a bit dubious about the food but I agree with a recent entry that it is a step above what you would get at say a Fairfield inn. I had just breakfast at the hotel and it was always hot, fresh and tasty. The exercise room has two treadmills, an elliptical and a bike, all worked and each had a small tv screen as well. My corporate rate was $175.00 per night and I thought that was a bit pricey, if breakfast had been included the value would have been better. Had dinner one night at Bai Tong a Thai restaurant. It is close to the hotel and the food was very good.

This was really a very nice property, although the need of updating -- especially on the outside -- is rapidly approaching. The room was comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The layout of the King room was a little unusual, but not terrible. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby area was spacious and well appointed with computers and printers. Breakfast was definately a step above the "Serve Yourself" facilities that are normal for this type of chain. Nothing much for restaurants or anything else within a mile or so. My main reason for not giving this property a "Very Good" rating is that the rates are so high that the overall value of the property is lessened. Rates may just be very high in the area, but this was not a $200 room. At around $100 it would get a very good rating from me.

The managers and staff were very cool! I enjoyed the property and the breakfast was great. The room was super clean and fully equipped! I would rebook with this hotel again every time. The location is excellent Restaurants are walking distance, and The hotel is only 3 miles away from downtown Bellevue. The property was actually an excellent romantic site!

This was one of the best Marriott that I visited, I had a wonderful breakfast and the entire hotel was very clean. The staff was very professional & the manager was very kind abd an excellent host!
The location was excellent and Near all restaurants and supermarkets and approximately 2 miles from downtown!

The entire staff was very friendly and the property was very nicely organized! You'll never be disappointed staying at a Marriott and especially at this Marriott!

Room Tip: All the rooms are clean and very nicely organized! Building 15 or building one would be a good choic...

Stayed here for a recent conference located nearby. Th hotel offered a nice quiet room and was located in walking distance to restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a good stay!

This was not downtown Seattle with all the sights but was a great location in Bellevue.

The in house restaurant could use a menu uplift...and room service (for dinner) could have been much better.

Room Tip: All rooms are pretty much the same...it's a Courtyard. Plan to eat out o carry in. Rooms did h...

Interesting property that is a little off the beaten path. Located about 4 miles outside of downtown Bellevue, just off the 520 on the way to Redmond. It's not on a main road so you have to map it out before coming. It is actually part of a business complex so it very quiet and peaceful at night. I only stayed one night so I did not avail myself of all the property had to offer. There are no dining options within walking distance but plenty of restaurants within a 2 mile radius. Do not stay here if you cannot walk up stairs since there is not an elevator on the premises. The property does seem in need of some renovations.

People actually rated this place 5 stars? It may have been 5 stars compared to the other two hotels located next door (each of which costs less) but compared to hotels elsewhere this place is average. It's not bad, mind you. Stayed here for four nights for business. The staff was nice enough. The "Bistro" is predictable, sitting off to the side of the predictable lobby.
The hallway on the second floor was about 55 degrees as the air was blowing constantly and it was as if it was drawing in cold air from outside.
The room was average (there's that word again). Typical corporate hotel design. I looked at the mirror, which had a decent looking frame, but couldn't help visually the crate of identical mirrors that must have been delivered when this place was last redecorated. Bath towels super thin. Pillows that fluff up big but offer no real support. Woke up with a sore neck one morning, and the next with a sore back.
The hotel is conveniently located next to the 520 freeway, except its so close you can hear the highway and MAY be the reason they offer complimentary ear plugs in the room (first time I ever saw those in a hotel room). Didn't need the ear plugs fortunately.
There are so many hotels in this area, its likely I will try one of those before I go back to this place. Life is too short to stay at this place again without trying another place in the area first.
