Bedding and towels were really bad. Bath towels were old and not soft. One of the towels even started forming a hole. Bed blanket and pillows were very worned. Bed was so old that I woke up with a bad back. Next morning I asked a fellow guest in the elevator if he experienced similar problems with his room. He said that he found similar problems. He then commented that he thought that the hotel seemed to be a low end hotel (which I strongly agree).

Our stay here was part of a package from site59. We choose to book at the last minute, but next time I would review the options more carefully. The public area of the hotel was very nice. I only wish the rooms were of the same quality. The staff was friendly and helpful, however, I found the housekeeping could have been much better. The beds always looked like they had just been thrown together. Never (stayed 5 nights) was the bedspread smooth on the bed. The bathroom smelled like a much used public stall. I think the floor needed to be washed with a heavy duty cleanser. I, too, object to the $11 a night parking fee, however, there is no street parking and we had little choice but to use the on site garage.

My husband & I stayed here for a one night getaway & we were very dissapointed. First of all, the rooms are not that great & what you see on the website is NOT what your room looks like when you get there.We were also shocked to find out we had to pay $11 to park our car there overnight. This is something they had failed to mention when we made a reservation. You would think paying over $100 a night parking would be free! Overall the hotel is average, location is good, next time we will book elsewhere.

Every year we travel with our family often, we have been to many hotels. I am very disappoint with their house keeping service. The first night we were there, I just cannot sleep well because the bed and sheets does not feel right. Therefore, the next day, I paid extra attention to the bed and I notice that the bed were not made properly. It looks like the house keeper did not tugged in the sheets and basically just throw the bed cover on. I called the front desk and complained. They told me that it is because we put the private sign outside - even though we left before noon. (That is such a lame excuse because they did come in and make up the room.) Next day when we checked out, they ask us how was the service, we told them the situation, they just simply give an answer that "oh, we will report to the general manager."

I am disappointed because this is really not what I expected from a Hyatt's service. I think they really need to improve their customer service and be more friendly. We will not stay here again in the future.
