My wife and I recently returned to this Carrabba's, which we go to frequently. We had the Grilled Tuscan Skewers, which included tender braised pork, slow-cooked with fresh lemon, rosemary and garlic. Skewered and wood-grilled with roasted orange bell peppers, served over grilled asparagus and topped with our Italian chimichurri sauce. They were absolutely wonderful, the pork was tender and moist and the asparagus was still crunchy. We accompanied this with Copper Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon which was dark and delightful. But dessert, a shared a Sogno Di Cioccolata, a rich fudge brownie topped with chocolate mousse, fresh whipped cream and homemade chocolate sauce accompanied with cappuccino. The disappointment was the "rich fudge brownie." It was cold, old and tough. But we will return for in the main, we have had many good meals here. Just maybe forget the desserts and go for cappuccino.
