Very large room with two king size beds , large bathroom and coffee maker .
Staff very friendly and hotel very clean .
Located at short distance to the Potomac Mills Outlet .
There is a small fitness and a swimming pool .
I will go back !

My wife and I recently stayed there for 2 nights. We absolutely loved our stay at your facility. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a suite and truly loved our room. So much in fact that we decided to forgo more touring (the last full day of our trip) and soak in the hotel facility and the pleasure of just hanging around in our room.

First of all, a hotel is largely defined by it's staff, and this hotel stands above many others in how the hotel staff made our stay pleasurable. So , if any managers are reading this, make sure you tell your staff from reception , to room care, you have an excellent team working there.

From courteous help, to friendly conversations, and brilliant smiles, everyone really made us feel good about our stay. The hotel grounds were immaculate. The hotel atmosphere vibrant and fresh, clean and tidy.

We really enjoyed the spa/pool and loved the garden with pathway outside the pool area.

A confectionery, shopping (Target plus some big-box names) and restaurants all within walking distance. Much more just a short drive away, including the Potomac Mills shopping centre which included many many outlets.

Breakfast buffet was a good value at $8.95

We will surely be back if we ever come to the DC area again.

Note: anyone travelling to Reagan Airport, give yourself an hour and a half in morning traffic. It was slow, but steady. Follow the hotel direction which the front desk has. Its quicker than the GPS.

This is the best Marriott Courtyard ever. The front desk was cordial & helpful, the room was emaculate, the facilities were extremely clean, and the staff was courteous & pleasant. We found out the hotel is only 7 years old, so its relatively new. But the friendly attitude of the staff was exceptional. Without question, we'll stay there again when we return to the Potomac Mills area.

Stayed here for only one night recently on a road trip, but this hotel is fantastic! The rooms are absolutely gorgeous - not to mention super-comfortable and relaxing!!! The location is perfect - right off the Interstate - surrounded by all kinds of restuarants and shopping. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming - check-in was a breeze and check-out was quick and efficient. My only regret was that we only could stay for one night because this place is really quite exceptional!! If you're passing through this area, and are in need of a hotel - do yourself and your traveling companions a favor, and stay here - you will not regret it!!!
