I don't love the design and layout of the rooms, this is my first time at a Springhill and I don't think I'll be trying to go back to one, but it wasn't necessarily bad either. I'm not sure they should call themselves "Suites" since the room I had had no type of kitchen or kitchenette, just a mini fridge and a microwave with a paper plate and one package of plastic utensils with it, and one of those pod coffee makers, which to me does not make a nice cup of coffee, and they only left one caffeinated pack of coffee to boot, so one cup of weak coffee, why bother. The one nice thing I liked about the room was the body sprays in the shower, they were unexpected but quite relaxing! The room was clean enough and the front desk clerk was friendly and helpful, I think I am just more used to hotels that call theselves "Suites" having at least a kitchenette with some dishes and more kitchen appliances like at Residence Inn and Homewood Suites, but maybe I just didn't know what to expect, whatever, it is an okay hotel.
