This hotel is very clean with a sterile vibe. It is very close to 95 yet very quiet. My only issue is that on more than one stay I got a call within a min of checkout time. I'm like wow can there at least be a 15 min grace period to get my stuff outa the room? Aside from that I like the decor, the cleanliness and location.

I normally love staying at SpringHill Suites, but this was my first bad experience there. My husband and I were excited to relax and be worry free for a weekend. The room and hotel itself was awesome except for the bathroom which had a very distinct, sewage smell before either of us had even used it. Then the next morning, we already got a check out bill when we booked it for two nights. I went down to let them know and also to get our breakfast on [another reason why we usually love SpringHill]. Mind you, this was the Saturday after Thanksgiving at 9am and the breakfast was until 10am. No waffles, no oatmeal, no sausage, no eggs and the lobby was full of people eating or waiting to eat. They finally brought out more food . . just eggs and a few sausages which were gone by the time we got through the crowd of people hovering the area. We gave up and I went to make coffee when I overheard two staff members saying something along the lines of their boss turning off everything in the back and shutting down and how they were confused because it wasn't even close to 10am. Needless to say, we didn't bother to try breakfast again the next day. The last straw was around 9:30am a housekeeper knocked on the door and asked if we were checking out. I'm sure she didn't mean anything by it but after we got our bill a day early, it felt like they were trying to rush us out the door. It was a disappointment and we expected better from them. I'll continue to stay at SpringHill Suites, just not this one.

Last minute decision to stop. New hotel-clean, spacious rooms, nice extras. Definitely on our short list.

I visit the area several times a year. I hadn't been at the hotel for 6 months. When I walked in the door, the Front Desk attendant greeted me by name. That evening when returning to the hotel after a long day, another Front Desk attendant also greeted me by name. Truly remarkable in today's world. Hotel is in beautiful condition.

I don't love the design and layout of the rooms, this is my first time at a Springhill and I don't think I'll be trying to go back to one, but it wasn't necessarily bad either. I'm not sure they should call themselves "Suites" since the room I had had no type of kitchen or kitchenette, just a mini fridge and a microwave with a paper plate and one package of plastic utensils with it, and one of those pod coffee makers, which to me does not make a nice cup of coffee, and they only left one caffeinated pack of coffee to boot, so one cup of weak coffee, why bother. The one nice thing I liked about the room was the body sprays in the shower, they were unexpected but quite relaxing! The room was clean enough and the front desk clerk was friendly and helpful, I think I am just more used to hotels that call theselves "Suites" having at least a kitchenette with some dishes and more kitchen appliances like at Residence Inn and Homewood Suites, but maybe I just didn't know what to expect, whatever, it is an okay hotel.
