This restaurant finally opened and its pretty good, The service is decent (for just opening), and the dinners and the brunches are very tasty.
As a family who lives in Belmont Bay we were happy to see the restaurant open on a somewhat full-time basis. We were impressed by the credentials of the leadership and have high hopes for the restaurant in future. My family has been to the restaurant twice; once for drinks and appetizers and once for brunch. Both times the food was excellent and both times the service was mediocre to poor. The wait staff we encountered were friendly but woefully inexperienced in waiting tables. We worry that this may scare off potential repeat diners. As we are within walking distance of the restaurant we want it to succeed but they may need to either step up wait staff training or bring in more experienced help.

I have mixed feelings about Osprey. The food is good but not much of a choice on the menu. The service needs to be greatly improved by perhaps hiring more experienced help.

Hidden away in the golf course in Belmont Bay, this place has great food at reasonable priced. Definatley should be rated in the top 10 for this area.
