I ate breakfast here twice on a recent trip to Winchester - generous portions, good food (love the home fries) reasonable prices and friendly, attentive service in a sorta old-fashioned diner atmosphere. I will be back.

This place is the real deal. Probably around since the New Deal. Not a bad deal especially given the copious amount of food pretty good food offered, prices, and server personality.

Old fashion diner - good breakfast with good service. Price was reasonable - they do get crowded so be prepared. The owner seems like a very nice guy and employees appear happy.
Stopped here yesterday at 1130 for an early lunch. They were still doing a brisk breakfast crowd which of course is available all day. I got the 8oz burger with bacon. It was every bit of 8oz and a nice stack of crispy bacon on top. The black angus beef was cooked perfectly and it tasted damn good. The fries were good and the green beans were as well. Will definitely be back for more.
