The hotel was extremely accomodating by ensuring our family had adjoining rooms. Check-in was expediated as the hotel had our rooms assigned and keys readily available. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel had an in-door pool which the girls immediately took advantage of upon check-in until late into the night. The location was convenient as it was accessible from both I-81 and Route 50. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The best was the pool as it kept the girls entertained for hours along with the complimentary breakfast. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This Fairfield was clean and welcoming. It's convenient to the highway, and great for a quick stop. The staff was very friendly, and willing to address every need right away. The breakfast was above average for a hotel in this class, with fruit, breakfast sandwiches, cereals, baked goods and waffles among the choices. The room itself (a king on the first floor) was quite small, but adequate for an overnight stay.

The staff was very friendly. Everyone always stopped to ask how your day was going or said good morning. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. The fruit and water on the last day was nice but it would have been better earlier in the week. The only draw back was that they didn't have wireless internet, it was available but you had to hook in with the cable.

This hotel was a bit of a disappointment. The hotel staff were more concerned with their personal lives than helping guests. While trying to enjoy breakfast, I was fortunate enough to learn about the maids stealing soap, breakfast counter operator eating on the job, and the other staff enjoying movies in the breakroom. I attempted to use the gym facilities....what a let down. There was four pieces of equipment...only two of which worked. And a broken television to boot. I did not even venture to the pool area because the water appeared green. About the only positive to this hotel, it was quiet and I would not have known there were other guests if I did not pass them on rare occasion. If you are looking for a Marriott quality hotel...this is not for you.

I needed a place to stay at the last minute on a trip back from the west coast. I live on a hill in West Virginia and didn't want to face it at night after a snowstorm. The staff at Fairfield found me a room and made sure it was to my liking within minutes. I always love the serve yourself breakfast in the morning.

Nice hotel, my only complaint was that I don't care for the tiny pillows on the bed. I am 6'2" and I slept in a queen size bed and it had individual square pillows about 2' square. It was tough to get comfortable and my neck was sore in the morning. I would have prefered 4 queen size pillows but I'm sure the 6 tiny pillows cost less. Also for a room with a queen size bed the room itself was small and the closet was even smaller. It seemed to be a fairly new hotel but I don't get the logic; less space and comfort at a reduced rate??
