Just passing through Virginia on Interstate 81, we stopped for the night at a chain hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Chop Stick Cafe near the old train station. Yummy egg rolls, tempura veggies, sushi, Thai salad and topped off with the richest homemade Key Lime pie (with almond crust) I've ever had. They feature a wide selection of micro-brews and beers from around the world. Very friendly service and down-home atmosphere. Modest decor & TV playing at the bar. We got the impression they have loads of regular customers. Glad someone recommended it to us.
