We've spent a lot of time here and money. In the beginning when they opened. Food went steadily down hill, leaving out extras out little by little until it became tasteless. Example, quesadillas started with an avacado dip and fresh pica de gallo, both of which gone, so the went the taste... But price stayed the same. The popcorn is hit or miss when you ask for butter, most if the time they do not put butter on the first bowl we are served even though requested, in writing. When we complain they do put it on second bowl. It's happened over 90% of the time so it's obvious they are cutting costs and thinking we don't notice. We have actually started driving to Martinsburg again. Sad but true. We are so excited about the new theatre opening in the mall. We never use our debit or credit cards there anymore after they were hacked while ago and our bank gave us new cards . They say arrive 45 minutes early, which we always do, but if its a block buster be prepared to stand in line for an hour or more even if you arrive the standard 45 minutes early. That is ridiculus. We've waited for almost two hours before. Why do they run late like that? Why do they not inform us? We've already bought tickets so we are stuck. Seriously people, we just want to go to a movie. Not wrth the hassles anymore. We have spent way too much money there in the past, and experienced way too much bad experiences to keep going back. I don't like to vent or complain usually, but when you open a business, and we the clients pay and enjoy, it is expected to keep or even improve quality control. Breaks my heart.
