Our room was fairly spacious and clean. The water pressure in the shower was great for a hotel shower. There was a major painting job in process at the entrance to the hallway where our room was located which made it very inconvenient to enter and exit our room until we realized we could enter/exit through a ground floor side door. There did not appear to be very many guests staying that night so I am uncertain why they would locate us in an area of the hotel that was being painted. When we returned to our room after dinner, we became aware of a very annoying "buzzing/humming" sound that didn't stop. Upon investigation, we think it was coming from the swimming pool which was near our room. Fortunately, it stopped after the pool closed. There was a decent fitness center on site. The free breakfast was the usual selection of cold cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruits, breads, biscuits, bagels, muffins, and a Belgian waffle maker. There were also hot items - sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and french toast sticks. The hotel is located in a great area with a lot of dining and shopping options nearby. For the low price we paid, I would return for an overnight stay.
