Hello there, I’m very sorry about your stay here. We have gone back in our paperwork to see who cleaned your room upon arrival. We were training a new housekeeper during that time, but management is aware of the problem and has talked to all of housekeeping staff to make sure everyone is up to standards. Again, I’m very sorry for the things that went wrong but I hope we see you again in the future. Best wishes!

“Missed the mark”

Wanted a weekend getaway for our anniversary and thought Winchester would bring back memories. Asked at the desk to confirm a sofa in the room so we could relax. The desk confirmed it did but the room only had a chair. Coffee was available all the time but was mostly cold, especially the decaf. The facility has been cleaned up and updated but not very well. Noise was fair given the location. Air conditioning was all or nothing. Definitely would check out other hotels next time. One last item, the sheets had a seam about one foot from the edge. I guess they had extra queen sheets and added a little strip to make a king.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. I’m sorry your stay didn’t go as well as you wished it did. Anytime you are unsatisfied with your room, please call down to the front desk and we will place you in a room that it is more what you are looking for. As for as the coffee in the lobby, anytime that needs to be refreshed please let our front desk agent know. We always have someone there that is willing to make a new batch and it only takes a few minutes. Again, I’m sorry your anniversary didn’t go as planned but we would love to have you stay with us again. Best wishes to you.
