Jan Helped Us Plan Our Visit.She Was Most Helpful And Professional And Was a Godsend To Us .The Group Ran From Age 8 TO 80. (We Had Two Teenage Granddaughters) Our rooms Were 5 Star All The Way, Breakfast WasGreat And We All Voted To Do This Again and
do want Jan To Handle IT Next Year. We All Know She Was Extremely Busy But Never Failed to Be Of Help. It Was Just Great. We Also Noticed Her Attitude Was THE
Same with Other People Checking in. PS THE KIDS LOVED THE POOL

Kirk and Jeff at the front desk were very helpful when we arrived with checkin and advising good places to eat and visit. The hotel was very clean and modern which is always appreciated and the price was very good for this area. Our only complaints are that the heater in the bedroom blows on you in your bed all night and is a little loud. We also book rooms with a jacuzzi in mind and the jacuzzi was broken the two days we were there. Jan, the Jan, at the front desk was notified and did what she could to fix it but to no avail. Other than these two things the rooms were nice and big, the beds comfortable and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I will look into the Holiday again on the next trip.

We stayed for 3 nights in December. The hotel was very clean and the service can't be beat. We were upgraded to a suite as a priority club member . When we got into the room the bathroom door would hardly open due to it hitting on the tile and there were a couple other small issues. I told the front desk manager and it was fixed the next day. They even gave us breakfast vouchers as an appology for the problems we encountered. I will say we were not pleased with the restaurant food as it was very greasy . We chose to eat elsewhere the next 2 days. The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay .

We stay here when visiting Busch Gardens. The staff here are so warm and welcoming. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the room and comfortable bed since I am very picky about those two items. Their buffet breakfast has so many items to choose from. This trip I couldn't even think of a suggestion as to how they could improve my stay!
