“Was leary...was a great value!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 5, 2012

I purchased a 2 night stay for $129 at this property through Groupon. Of course, for $65/night, one doesn't expect much. What a pleasant surprise!

The lobby was decorated for Xmas, and gratis cookies, coffee/tea and popcorn greeted us. Pool very small but was closed for the season, naturally. We stayed in a one bedroom condo, which was spacious and extremely clean. We even had a little patio. Although we weren't supplied with washrags and soap, they delivered them to our door at 9pm. The bathroom had a 2 person jacuzzi and the bed was extremely comfortable.

We booked early, therefore, had rooms for the Sunday night Williamsburg Illumination Night...which was a bit of a disappointment. But that, my friend, will be the subject of another review!

Go ...stay...enjoy.

Room Tip: No elevator, so book on first floor if you are phsically challenged.

“Great place to stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 26, 2012

Very quick and easy check in and staff was very friendly. My husband and I stayed here for our 3rd anniversary and the room was perfect for what we were looking for. Nice gas fireplace and whirlpool tub. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Very close to the outlets and many restaurants to choose from. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back to stay at Colonial Crossings.

“Great place to stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 24, 2012

Great location! Very quiet room, and the staff was very friendly. Would recommend to other people wanting to visit Williamsburg. The only thing is that you can't adjust the temperature in the winter, and it can get very hot in the room. Advise to stay on the bottom level where it is not as hot.

Room Tip: Staying on the 1st floor (bottom floor) is better, as you can't adjust the heat. Can get hot on...

Thank you for your comments and sharing your experience.

We are glad you enjoyed your trip to Williamsburg and certainly hope you will recommend us to family and friends!

While we understand the temperature may have risen above a comfortable level, you should have been able to turn the unit off to allow the room to cool during your stay. Our units are individually-controlled and each guest does have control of the thermostat. However, if the building system is in "heat" mode, the "cool" setting on the thermostat will not function.

“enjoyable stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 19, 2012

Experience shared by my wife and I visiting Colonial Williamsburg as well as partaking in some early holiday shopping was a pleasant get away, saying at the Colonial Crossing of Williamsburg enhanced that experience with great service and accommodations. Quiet yet close to the new Pottery and Outlet Malls .

“Clean, quiet, and convenient”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 16, 2012

My wife and I really enjoyed this location just a short distance away from Colonial Williamsburg and the other nearby attractions. Check-in was quick, the front desk personnel were very friendly and efficient. The room was very nice, a large bedroom, comfortable bed, overlooking a wooded area. The unit had a really nice kitchen, super clean, and the living room area was comfortable and well lit with a ceiling fan. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub in it, which I didn't get a chance to use. The location is near Route 60, which has a lot of shopping and restaurants, and also near I-64, so it's convenient in that way. All in all we liked it a lot.

Room Tip: We were in building 3 on the top (4th) floor. It was a good location, we prefer a higher floor.
