We chose this hotel given the positive reviews on TA and were not disappointed. We got a great deal booking with Hotwire and had two double beds. I didn't think the room was outdated, but we did see that roll of carpet in the hallway.

We were assigned a room that was right above the elevator equipment room so that there was a noticeable hum each time the elevator was used (room 214). We knew it would disturb our sleep so politely explained the situation and asked if they could move us to another room. Unfortunately the hotel was sold out (there was a big soccer tourney in town apparently) and they couldn't move us. But the person at the desk immediately went into a special folder and gave us a $50 gift card to take the sting out. We felt that was great customer service and used the gift card at our dinner.

We chose to have dinner at the Seafarer which is adjacent to the hotel and hotel guests receive 10% off. It was a great meal! Good service, nice selection of foods (both seafood and other) and a yummy dessert for our teen daughter.

Other positives of the hotel: free business center with three desktops, clean and sunny fitness room, nice lobby including a fireplace, access to beer and wine in the evening and a nice cooked-to-order breakfast for $8.95.

We would stay here again.

mediocore hotel, looks 5 star in the lobby, roll of carpet in front of my room wood in the hallway, Room looked like the 70's mixed with modern touches. spa was a rinky dink puddel.internet was slow couldnt finish my payroll.. Service and staff gets 5 stars.

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting family. Very clean room and hotel. The pool and fitness room are great. The breakfast was delicious. Location is great, just down the road from the outlet mall. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Yes the decor is slightly dated but it's functional and comfortable, so no big deal. Would stay here again.

Do I really need to review a Hilton Hotel?!?!?! As expected, our room was spacious and the beds were more comfortable than my own. The hotel is located on a main street with several restaurants and stores within walking distance. There is an incredible BBQ restaurant adjacent to the hotel parking lot that you can walk to and have an incredible dinner. We were only a 10 minute drive from Busch Gardens and Jamestown. I look forward to staying at this hotel again when I return to Williamsburg this summer.
