“Always Excellent Quality and Imaginative Dishes”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 9, 2011

Soya has been one of my favorite restaurants in Williamsburg. Having lived in the SF Bay area for a few years I learned to appreciate good Sushi and this place has never disappointed. It's easy for many Japanese restaurants to fall into a "rut" offering the same rolls but Soya has always introduced new items on their menu to spice things up. I just tried their new Mt. Fuji roll and it was amazing, but some of their other rolls -- the Jamestown and the Seattle #3 are almost always on the table. They also have several Hibachi tables which are excellent for groups. If you are a local or visiting town and crave fresh, imaginative sushi please give Soya a try.
