best place i have ever stayed , friendly people great rooms wonderful experience will definently be back and stay at westgate room was fully stocked had everything i wanted sun deck with tables was nice words cant say how great my stay was here...

We had a wonderful experience at the Westgate. Extremely helpful staff, great location. Staff members Andrea, Alex, Audrey, Carrollbanks and TJ were superb-always a smile and very helpful. And, of course, historic Williamsburg was the best!!

We are Westgate owners in other resort. The Williamsburg resort has an excellent location close by a lot of places of interest. The Williamsburg resort was good overall with the exception of having dust under the beds and guest service/ sale person was exceedingly rude. The rest of the staff were helpful and friendly. We loved visiting the area, and will stay again because it is a convenient swap. But I wish the guest service/sale man would take some lessons on customer services approach. Having a different attitude might get more from us. Overall is good resort and we may return.

I stayed in the 1 Bedroom Villa which had a full kitchen, living room, fire place, King Size bed, shower and a stand alone jacuzzi that could be accessed from the bathroom as well as the bedroom. The furniture was a little stuffy for my taste but was clean and in good condition. The staff was very friendly when I checked in and told me about having to pay for Wi-Fi when I asked so I wasn't surprised like the previous reviewers. I use the kitchen to cook dinner one night and found that it was stocked sufficiently. The location is great because there is a grocery store and a Walgreen's near by as well as several restaurants and shopping outlets. My only disappointment was that the fireplace was not gas but an electric heater that had fake flames blowing when running. It was functional and heated the room but there is no real need for a functional fireplace that looks like crap when you have a thermostat on the wall. In spite of that, the overall experience was great, the room was amazing, and I would recommend spending the extra money to stay here. I cannot comment on the outdoor amenities as it was winter when I stayed.
